Getting started
Getting started is simple. Once you click on ‘Register Your ECE Centre', you’ll find we’ve already pre-populated most of the fields for you. Complete any missing fields, keeping in mind the types of information potential Relief Teachers might find useful.
Step 1
Complete the missing information in the online registration form.
Step 2
Send an invitation from your dashboard to your current Relief Teachers to register.
Step 3
Grow your potential pool of Relief Teachers - view Relief Teacher profiles, qualifications and references.
Step 4
Plot any planned or known Relief Teaching requirements and start sending out job offers.
What happens next?
Its 6.30am and you’ve had a teacher call in sick. Instead of scrambling for phone numbers and waiting until a respectable time to pick up the phone – all you need to do is log into Relief Teaching New Zealand and send a notification out to your available 'favourites' list.
Once you’ve sent out the job offers...
you can get back to your morning coffee and await acceptance notifications.
Choose a reliever...
from those that have accepted. This then automates an email to the successful Relief Teacher with information about the position.
Acceptance notification...
with the Relief Teachers details can be forwarded to payroll.
Automatic notification
Unsuccessful respondents will automatically be notified.
On the day...
the Relief Teacher turns up and signs in with all the information provided on your ECE Centre profile.
Always on file
Use the job information stored in your calendar for reporting or to book the same reliever over and over in a particular class for consistency.
