No, there are currently no registration or annual fees for Schools and ECE centres.

Anyone can be given access to the system within their ECE Centre. The ECE Centre Manager can set the appropriate permission levels.

When the Relief Teacher accepts the Relief Teaching position they are automatically provided with information on the position, the ECE Centre address, emails and contacts, Google maps links, ECE Centre website links, ECE Centre Philosophy, times, dress codes, onsite parking, religions and other specific requirements.

The ECE Centre will be sent all the mandatory information of the Relief Teacher - such as name, address and contacts, MOE and Teachers Council registration numbers, qualifications and payroll information. There is also an option to provide a CV, photo, personal interests and referees.

When a Relief Teacher accepts a Relief Teaching position, the ECE Centre’s calendar is automatically updated with the job details, name of the Relief Teacher and the reason that Relief is required.

We understand that sometimes things get a bit confusing or unclear, especially when you’re in a rush.  We are a New Zealand based company and available by phone or email.

Once a Relief Teacher has accepted a Relief Teaching job, their availability is automatically updated in their calendar, so they won’t show up in any other search results.   Relief Teaching New Zealand will automatically send prompts to Relief Teachers to update their calendar with their availability.
